If your site ever goes down or comes under attack, we’re on it immediately. Diagnosing what happened and scoping the fix is always free, with no approval needed. Actually resolving it is covered by your plan’s included hours, or billed transparently if it goes beyond that.

We'll always give you a time estimate and confirm before any work begins. Approved overage work is billed at our standard hourly rate, itemized clearly on your next invoice.
An incident can be anything urgent and unplanned affecting your website.Things like site downtime, a security issue, or a critical broken feature. Routine content requests come out of your regular included hours instead.
No. Every plan includes free incident triage. We'll always look into a reported issue and tell you what's going on and what it would take to fix, at no charge. Professional and Priority plans include bundled hours to specifically to resolve the issue. On Foundation, or beyond the bundled allowance, fixing it is billed at the standard rate, always with your confirmation first (except active outages, which we jump on immediately).
On the Priority plan, unused maintenance hours roll over for one additional month. Foundation and Professional hours reset monthly. Bundled remediation hours don't roll over on any plan and will reset each month.
Some sites may need more; heavier traffic, ecommerce, custom development, or a dedicated account relationship. Reach out and we'll talk through what makes sense.
